Any State/ Central Government Department employee may request their Department’s Nodal GIS officer / TNeGA to register once in TNGIS Portal by providing minimum details. Administrator will approve your request and send e-mail with necessary User id & Password.

• View all spatial layers which are available to view for the General Public and the Department specific layers
• Switch On & off layers
• Overlay desired spatial layers published by various Government Departments, Institutions and Universities.
• Administrator will assign the privileges for individual user depending on their Department and Designation on all restricted layers and Menu Options
